The JOY team responds to all emails as soon as possible, within 24 - 48 hours.

JOY has implemented every health and safety measure recommended by the CDC, as well as additional safeguards, to promote a safe and productive environment in our distribution centers. This includes contactless temperature checks for distribution center employees before they begin working and spacing out team members. These health and safety precautions result in fewer people than usual processing orders at one time. With that in mind, we appreciate JOY customer’s continued patience if they should experience a delay in their shipment. JOY teams are working as quickly and safely as possible to get orders out.

Product

All of JOY bodysuits are printed directly on the product with the DTG (direct-to-garment) fashion technique that yields bold and vibrant prints. JOY do not use iron on vinyls. Direct printing offers a clearer, longer-lasting, higher-quality print than does vinyl transfers.

We do not. White ink in any design does not print. Rather, any white elements in the design will use the white of the Bodysuit. The only exception to this is for a black bodysuit. White ink will print on black bodysuit..

No. You do not need to have an account to place an order. However, JOY would love to see you be a part of the JOY FAMILY.

To reset your JOY password, Click here . You will then be prompted to enter your E-mail address you used to create your JOY account. Once you submit, you will receive an E-mail notification with a link to reset your JOY password. Once you’ve done this, you can log in with your new JOY password as normal on this page.

Please check the spelling of your email address and password (our system is case sensitive). If this does not help, please use the ‘forgot my password’ which will remind you of your password. If you are still having problems logging in, please contact JOY at support@journeyofyouth.com to let us know and someone from our customer support team will be able to help you. You can easily subscribe to JOY emails by visiting www.journeyofyouth.com and using the sign up form located in the footer, on the bottom of the page. If you want to cancel/unsubscribe from JOY, you can click unsubscribe by locating the "Unsubscribe" link within JOY email.

Payment

All payment methods are located at the bottom of JOY site including Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Venmo, Shop Pay, Meta Pay, and Diners club.

Yes, from time to time JOY offers discounts and promotions. Sign up for JOY emails and/or SMS text alerts to receive news on special offers!

Payments can fail for a number of reasons. Keep calm and have JOY. Please double check that all the card details are entered correctly and your card is registered to the correct billing address you are providing. If you are still having problems please email us at support@journeyofyouth.com .

You will only be charged for what you purchased on JOY. If you see duplicate charges, please give it a few days and it should fall off and the issue should be rectified automatically. However, if it still remains and you are positive you only placed one order, please send us an email to support@journeyofyouth.com with a screenshot of the duplicate charge for further assistance. JOY team will respond to all emails as soon as possible.

Any additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchase. Please keep in mind that JOY is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or backend charges once the package has exited the United States.

Absolutely! Your financial info given to JOY at checkout is taken through a safe and secure payment gateway. We do not share or store any of this information.

Orders

If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out the JOY size guide—we have one for every product listed on our store, as well as in the product description section of the item.

The normal processing time for orders usually takes 2 days to fulfill. After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is based on your selected Shipping Method at checkout and can be between 2-5 business days, and 10-20 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary. These shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • USA:2–5 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days 
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email from JOY with your tracking information. You can track the progress of your order directly on your JOY tracking link via email. Please log in to your JOY account to check the status of your order. If you do not have a JOY account, Please create one. Also, please refer to your shipping confirmation email to track your order. You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at support@journeyofyouth.com with your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.

Please wait at least one hour for our confirmation email. Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. Please also check your junk/spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact JOY at support@journeyofyouth.com and we will look into this for you.

If your package stops moving at any point, Keep calm and have JOY, it’s on its Journey! It is still on its way to you and is likely just clearing customs. Occasionally, there may be delays due to customs or weather events. If this happens, your tracking link via email will be updated with the latest shipping status from JOY.

Before getting in touch with JOY, please help us out by doing the following:

  1. Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  2. Ask your local post office if they have your package
  3. Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
  4. Lastly, Contact JOY via email at  support@journeyofyouth.com with your order number in (Subject).

Please be very careful when entering your shipping address. JOY will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer. Any returns to JOY facility you will be LIABLE for the cost of a reshipment to yourself. Please let us know by contacting JOY at support@journeyofyouth.com with your name and correct shipping address. (Fees will apply, if you are LIABLE)

JOY couriers attempt to deliver up to three times before returning items back as undelivered. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Customers will be LIABLE for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). If your order has been returned undelivered please let us know by contacting JOY via email at support@journeyofyouth.com with your name and order number so that we can look into this for you.

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed. Custom orders present some challenges when it comes to cancellations as we print these on demand and do not hold inventory that can be re-sold, especially when JOY fulfills it correctly.

US shipments that go unclaimed are returned to JOY facility and you will be LIABLE for the cost of a reshipment to yourself. US refused delivery, and outbound shipping will not be refunded.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL NOT BE RESHIPPED OR REFUNDED.

Refunds & Exchanges

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final, due to every order being a CUSTOM design print order. Please note, JOY, JOURNEY OF YOUTH, reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds. For more information, please read

Though rare, it's possible that an item can be ordered misprinted/damaged/defective. If that’s the case, please let JOY know at support@journeyofyouth.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the misprinted/ damaged/ defective issue via email. JOY will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your email, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. JOY, JOURNEY OF YOUTH reserves the right to refuse all exchanges at its sole discretion. If approved, JOY we’ll send you a replacement at no additional charge to you.

No, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse due to every order being a CUSTOM print order. The customer would need to place a new order at the customers expense for a product in another size, color or new item. We do not refund for product, color, or size exchanges.
